To make reasonable changes to the software as required by any regulations or law and to make these changes available to the user at no additional charge.

An unlimited 24 hours telephonic support at no cost, if the user originates the call.

To advise you of any software or system enhancements which can make your company more efficient.

The training of your staff and on site support

Travelling costs can be negotiated for all other areas outside South Africa depending the mode of transport and accommodation.  On site setup and training costs outside the borders of South Africa is separately negotiated.  Alternatively you can arrange to have you and your staff trained at our premises at a standard hourly rate.

We guarantee a twenty-four-hour crises intervention costed according to to our pricing structure.  We understand your business and known that some crises cannot usually be foreseen.  Our combine experience of over fifty years in the industry will testify our ability to understand your situation and know the importance of a well functioning and reliable software for your business.
